FREE UK Mainland Standard Shipping for Orders over £25+

We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours and the standard delivery time is usually between 1-3 working days. Proof of posting is available upon request on all orders.

Standard UK mainland delivery is usually delivered within 1-2 working days of your order being placed.

If you need faster delivery (Next working day, ordered before noon) or delivery with signatures, this will occur a £7.99 surcharge and can be selected at check-out.

For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, we offer a simple £5.99 flat rate standard shipping.

Please note, if any issues with the parcel delivery (ie. delayed or delivered to a wrong address by courier etc.), you must contact us within 5 working days from the date when the order is dispatched. This is due to the courier insurance has a limited claim window, if you do not contact us within 5 working days and the parcel is lost/missing, the order will not be replaced and refunded.  

K+ Coffee do not take any responsibilities for any parcel that is stolen or lost if a 'safe place' is assigned by the customer to the delivery instructions, the customer is to take sole repsonsibility if parcel is lost or stolen when delivered and left at the safe place.

International Shipping & Delivery Time (Temporarily Suspended)

Please kindly note, we do not take responsibilities for damages, lost and delays of any order delivered to third party recipients (ie. International parcel forwarding services); and such orders are non-refundable and invalids the warranty. The customers must consider and take their own risks before placing an order and ship to a third party recipient.

Very Important Notice Regarding International Orders:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. K+ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer to settle and pay for any local import duties and customs for receiving goods from the UK. 

Currently, we only ship to countries that can be selected at checkout, and in most cases, we will provide a tracking number, but this is not guaranteed as parcels and orders can be processed by different couriers. 

Due to the current global pandemic and uncertainties such as Brexit, we cannot guarantee the arrival time for all international parcels, your parcel may take up to 2-12 weeks to arrive in your destination country, please keep this in mind.

How do I check the status of my order?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number in most cases, and please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your UK order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ilovekplus.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ilovekplus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for non-food items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ilovekplus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Perishable goods (such as coffee, coffee beans, coffee drip bags, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
