These Single Origin Arabica beans are part of the 'Blue Harvest project', grown at 1200 to 1450m high in the south face of "Cerron Grande" of Apaneca in the west region of El Salvador. From a mixture of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties, the beans are from a Certified Rainforest Alliance farm with 175 acres of natural forest, springs, and waterfalls, which dedicatedly managed by proud farm owner Jose Roberto Santamaria. We carefully roast these beautiful beans in the UK, in an environmentally friendly roaster to a Medium level, bring you a Sweet Mild coffee with delicious flavours of Plums and Chocolate. P.S.
